The Phone Room is an award-winning telephone fundraising agency, founded in 1997. We were the first agency specifically set up to offer telephone fundraising services to arts and heritage organisations, many of whom had never run telephone fundraising campaigns before.
After a string of successes for clients including the Royal Academy of Arts, the Royal Opera House and the South Bank Centre, we expanded to work with clients in all the UK charity sectors – international development, animal welfare, health, children's charities, and of course the arts and heritage sectors where we began.
We now have 70 seats in our Oxford call centre and our clients include some of the best-known UK charities, including Guide Dogs for the Blind, Coeliac UK, Clic-Sargent and World Villages for Children. Many of our clients have been working with us for several years.
